Compliance Network International
Four jurisdictions. Firms that already work together.
Regulatory compliance and corporate services support by specialists across a trusted network spread over key financial centres around the globe.
Compliance Network International is an association of independent firms. When a client needs help in another member’s market, we make the introduction to a firm we know. You are engaged by that firm directly, on its own terms.
- Singapore Primus Compliance Group Pte. Ltd.
- Saudi Arabia ValueExperts Consulting Ltd
- United Arab Emirates Gulf Compliance Solutions L.L.C-FZ
- India STGY Consulting (OPC) Pvt. Ltd.
What the network is
Clients increasingly need the same standard of compliance advice in more than one market. Finding a firm you can rely on in an unfamiliar jurisdiction is slow, and choosing badly is expensive.
The members of Compliance Network International have agreed a common set of protocols for working together: how introductions are made, how quickly they are answered, and the standard of service expected on both sides. The network does not sell services itself and does not sit between you and your adviser.
-
A named firm.
An introduction to a named firm in the market you need, not a directory listing.
-
2 business days.
Acknowledgement of every referral within two business days.
-
A direct engagement.
A direct engagement with that firm, under its own engagement letter and its own fees.
-
Preferential terms.
Preferential terms on referred work, where the firms involved agree them.
How a referral works
Four steps, the same in every jurisdiction.
-
Tell the member firm you already deal with what you need and where. Nothing is shared with anyone else until you agree to it.
-
That firm sends a referral to the member in the target jurisdiction, using the network’s standard notification.
-
The receiving firm acknowledges within two business days, runs its conflict and onboarding checks, and says whether it can act.
-
If it can, it engages you directly and is responsible for its own advice to you from that point on.
No member is obliged to make or accept a referral, and a member may introduce you to a firm outside the network where that is the better answer for you.
What member firms do
Across the network, members work in regulatory compliance and corporate services. Scope varies by firm and by market — ask the member in your jurisdiction what it covers.

How the network is run
One seat, one vote.
Every member firm holds a seat and a single vote on the governing board. The board admits members, sets the network’s protocols and branding, and reviews how the network is working at least once a year.
A rotating chair.
The chair rotates between member firms, a year at a time. The chair convenes the board and represents the network administratively, with no casting vote and no authority to bind any member.
One member per jurisdiction.
As a rule, one member is admitted per jurisdiction.
Get in touch
If you need compliance support
Write to the member firm in the jurisdiction closest to you, or to the firm you already work with. They will take it from there, and will ask before passing anything on.
Find your member firmIf your firm is interested in joining
We look for established firms, licensed where their regulator requires it, in good standing, and willing to work to the network’s referral and service protocols. Admission is decided by the governing board. Write to any member firm to start the conversation.
